ECI COMMUNICATIONS CELEBRATES 22nd ANNIVERSARY
WASHINGTON, D.C. – ECI Communications is celebrating its 22nd anniversary, it was announced today by Founder, President and CEO, Caren Kagan Evans.
Since 1989, ECI has been planning and implementing effective, creative and innovative award-winning public relations, marketing, graphic design, advertising and social media campaigns for trade associations, non-profits, government agencies and corporations throughout the country, including:
GlaxoSmithKline/APhA Foundation: planning and implementation of a public relations and marketing campaign for the Diabetes Ten City Challenge, an employer-based diabetes self-management program conducted by the APhA Foundation for 30 employers in ten cities with support from GSK, which includes development of national and local press kit materials; media training; local and national print and broadcast media relations outreach; production and distribution of multimedia news releases and radio news releases; production of overview videos; production of a podcast; writing and producing “Newsline” a quarterly newsletter distributed to GSK, APhA members, employers and pharmacists; writing and designing the DTCC Employer Summit Report and writing, designing and maintaining www.diabetestencitychallenge.com.
Got Milk?/International Dairy Foods Association: five award-winning business-to-business marketing campaigns that included writing and designing brochures and high-end PowerPoint presentations and writing and producing high-impact videos: two for schools, hospitals, factories and other institutions; one for drug store owners; one for convenience store owners; and one of restaurants, which debuted at the international conference held by the National Restaurant Association (also an ECI client).
Renaissance Lighting: a public relations and marketing campaign to rebrand and position the company as a leader in solid-state lighting which included writing and designing www.renaissancelighting.com; writing, designing and printing a corporate brochure; writing and producing an overview/sales video which also is featured on the home page of the website; national media outreach; identifying and securing speaking opportunities; developing a CD for sales and marketing; designing and producing an elegant sales kit for U.S. and international materials; and international trade show support including development of a print ad for the first show Renaissance exhibited at in Dubai.
The American Petroleum Institute: planning and implementation of a national communications and advertising campaign for the Clean Air Working Group, a coalition spearheaded by API; public awareness campaigns on used oil recycling and preventing static fires at the gas pump; advocacy videos on STEP, API’s environmental program; a speaker support video on the partnership between API and Rebuilding Together; and production, design and authoring of “The Story of Oil and Natural Gas”, the most intricate CD-ROM written, designed and authored to date by ECI.
American Podiatric Medical Association: design and production of 25 brochures; production of an internatioinal award-winning recruitment CD; television and radio PSAs featuring sports broadcaster James "J.B." Brown in conjunction with National Diabetes Awareness Month; a high-energy music video for APMA’s 2010 recruitment campaign; and a testimonials video featuring doctors of podiatric medicine and graduate students pursuing careers in podiatric medicine for APMA’s website and Facebook page.
